Thursday
Opening Gathering & Art Workshop – Ease Into the Festival
We start the weekend with a casual gathering – meet, talk, breathe, and create. From this slow start, we naturally flow into a co-creative art session guided by local artists. No pressure, just playful expression and presence.

Breathwork with Synne
Explore the power of the breath with Synne, a certified Wim Hof instructor. Through deep breathing and cold exposure, she helps you reconnect with your body and mind. If you plan to join the forest swim, this is a great warm-up – but you're welcome to join just the breathwork on its own.

Synne has lived in Oppdal since 2016. After years of illness, she transformed her life through breath, mindset, and ice bathing. Her mission is to help others find balance and energy through simple, powerful tools.
Forest Swim Trip
A short walk takes you to a beautiful, hidden bathing spot in the forest. Jump from cliffs or enter gently from the shore – a refreshing experience for body and mind. You can join this session whether or not you’ve done the breathwork beforehand.

Sound Healing with Isabelle Letraille
Let sound guide you into deep relaxation and inner harmony. Isabelle uses singing bowls, drums, and her voice to create a space for healing.
This will happen inside the turbine hall, and we have room for 20 people. Sign up in the reception.

Isabelle moved to Oppdal from the Netherlands, where she ran a yoga school for over a decade. She now brings her experience in yoga, sound healing, and spiritual coaching to the mountains.
Saturday
Yin Yoga with Lena Lihaug
Slow down, breathe deeply, and let go. This gentle form of yoga calms the nervous system and nurtures your energy flow.
If the weather is good we will be doing the yoga session outside and there is space for everyone. If not, it will happen inside the turbine hall and we will have space for 20 people. Sign up in the reception.

Lena, originally from Gudbrandsdalen, found Yin Yoga in 2018. With training in both Yin and Element Yoga, she offers a deeply grounding experience that reconnects you to nature and your inner world.
Easy Forest Run – Explore the Trails Together
A light, informal run through the local trails. No pressure, just a shared adventure through nature with fellow festivalgoers.

Movement Flow with Endre Schumicky
Movement Flow is a guided journey designed to help you tune into the deep intelligence of your body. Through intentional, therapeutic movement, you’ll release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner rhythm. In a safe and playful space, movement becomes a tool for emotional release, self-expression, and clarity.

Endre is a contemporary dancer, artist, and teacher currently performing with the Grand Théâtre de Genève. With a background in Conscious Movement Therapies, he invites you to explore the connection between psyche and body, helping emotions move through and out of the system. He also teaches academic dance students to tap into presence and creativity through embodied movement.
